This virtual workshop assists and equips parents, caregivers, teachers, counsellors and other professionals working with children to support grieving young people. Roger Neilson Children’s Hospice is excited to bring back our Young Grievers Camp, taking place at Christie Lake Camp on Christie Lake (just west of Perth Ontario), from Friday, June 26, to Sunday, June 28, 2026.

Roger Neilson Children’s Hospice Young Grievers Camp is:
a free, weekend-long grief camp,
for children and youth aged 7–17 who have experienced the death of someone significant in their lives.
The Young Grievers Camp will combine fun, traditional camp activities with grief education and support facilitated by grief professionals and trained volunteers. The goal of camp is to empower grieving children and youth and provide them with a space to remember their person.
